The staff at Riad Laora were incredibly accommodating and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. One particular instance that stood out was when I arrived late at night and was exhausted. The staff immediately prepared a delicious meal for me, which was a delightful surprise. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated rooms and the comfortable beds also added to the overall positive experience. The location of the riad was convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the sound from nearby mosques and the challenging navigation to the riad, I would still highly recommend Riad Laora for its exceptional service and cozy atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

A very nice accommodation with friendly and service minded staff near Jamaa el Fna and the souks. Easy to find in an otherwise fairly cluttered part off Marrakech which the old town really are.

Very nice Riad and excellent ratio price/ quality. Staff very friendly and attentious, room very clean and nice. An excellent choice if you want to visit Marrakesh, since it's only 10 minutes from Jamaa El-Fna square. Strongly reccomend it.

The traditional Riad was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel had a convenient location, tucked away in the old town, giving us a chance to see the locals and get a feel for the real city. We also enjoyed the warm mint tea that was offered upon arrival and the fact that the rooms and riad were kept clean.
The hotel had a few drawbacks. The rooms were quite dark, with little light and no amenities like a television.

We recently stayed at Riad Laora and it exceeded our expectations. The Moroccan-style bedroom, named Chocolate, made us feel like Arabic princesses with its elegant pillows and oriental lamps. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with golden facilities and a beautifully scented shampoo. The staff, especially Hassan and the two Abduls, were friendly, professional, and always went the extra mile to make our stay special. The riad had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a refreshing pool and a relaxing outdoor terrace. The location was also convenient, close to the main square Fna and the bustling souks. our experience at Riad Laora was exceptional.
Nothing, all good! 👍

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff at the Riad Laora were incredibly obliging and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was a relief to have someone meet us at the airport, eliminating any worries about finding the Riad. We loved being able to enjoy a bottle of wine or beer before heading out for dinner. The rooftop terrace with the relaxing tent was a highlight, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Additionally, the location of the Riad, just a 10-minute walk to The Square, was convenient for exploring the city. The Riad Laora truly exceeded our expectations with its beautiful Moroccan-style decor and the friendly, professional, and helpful staff.

I loved the warm and welcoming staff, who prepared mint tea for me at check-in. The courtyard and rooftop were fantastic for relaxing after a day exploring the Medina. The room was cozy, with a spacious bathroom, air-conditioning, and plenty of wardrobe space. The traditional Moroccan decoration added to the charm. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very obliging. It was great to have someone to meet us at the airport. Loved the option to have a bottle of wine or a beer before heading out to eat. The location was convenient, only a 10-minute walk to The Square.
Felt really comfortable, nothing to complain about.

Whenever I go back, Riad Laora never disappoints. The staff even returned my lost documents on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. And for Christmas, I'll be back!

Miriam and Abdul were fantastic. They were always there to answer my questions. I needed tickets to the bus to go to Agadir and Abdul went to the bus station for me and bought me the tickets. The service was amazing. I was traveling alone and they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. The Riad was a short 15 minute walk to the main square and had a beautiful terrace to escape to for a little peace in the bustling city. The Raid was safe, very clean and the meals were fantastic - both breakfast and dinner were included in the price. I would absolutely recommend this Riad to other guests staying in the Medina.
Its hard to find anything that I didn't like about Riad Laora. The showers were a little worn and didn't drain very well, but other than this minor point, it was a great experience staying at Riad Laora.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Location was convenient for sightseeing and close to restaurants. Good value for the price.
The hotel was very noisy, especially at night. The walls were thin and we could hear everything.
